Here is the SCO & Report list revised with Harry, Edinburgh, Jose, Mike, Christina and myself yesterday. 25 SCO/Rpts have been transitioned to Stage II of the project.
I appreciate your understanding regarding the Scope Change Control. Our focus is to get the system live with the "Essential" functionality and to avoid any rework as much as possible. As per our discussion, if you find that a change is necessary and is a must have, please fill out a scope request form and send it to me with copy to Harry so we can evaluate the impact on time line and budget. The form can be found on the share drive at: 01 LIMS / 02 Issue Log - Scope Changes / Scope Change Request.
