As per our converssation, see enclosed the Project Control Binder. This documents specifies what and were to put the information generated from the project. I think this needs to revise and include what is relevant to us (use the original as mutch as possible). In my opinion this is time well spent as it will help the extended team and new members. I don't know if Shalini can absorve ownership of this but I would like to have it included on the Communication Document.

Please let me know your thoughts and lets create an action lan for it

Here is the SCO & Report list revised with Harry, Edinburgh, Jose, Mike, Christina and myself yesterday. 25 SCO/Rpts have been transitioned to Stage II of the project.

I appreciate your understanding regarding the Scope Change Control. Our focus is to get the system live with the "Essential" functionality and to avoid any rework as much as possible. As per our discussion, if you find that a change is necessary and is a must have, please fill out a scope request form and send it to me with copy to Harry so we can evaluate the impact on time line and budget. The form can be found on the share drive at: 01 LIMS / 02 Issue Log - Scope Changes / Scope Change Request.
